I am currently in the middle of reading Patti Smith's book Just Kids! It is one of the best books I have read. The story takes you through Patti's life from a young child onto her young adult life moving to New York and meeting Robert. Every time I open it and start reading I don't want to stop no matter how tired I am, or whatever is going on around me. It's just too good. SO...basically I'm saying that you should read it and see for yourself!

I have FINALLY found a face sunscreen that I love!

Peter Thomas Roth Uber-Dry Sunscreen

I have very oily and VERY sensitive skin, so finding a sunscreen has been a long and hard process. I got the sunscreen from my hotel in palm springs, I tested it out and so far so good! It goes on smoothly with no residue and make-up can be put on over it no problem! My only concern with it is, it's only SPF 30. I prefer 45 or higher since I am so fair but I guess I'll just have to reapply mid day. So if you have sensitive or oily skin give it a try!

AND IT'S RECOMMENDED BY THE SKIN CANCER FOUNDATION!

For halloween this year I was Mia Wallace from Pulp Fiction! Deciding a costume is really hard when your in a store trying to get ideas, but everything they have on the walls or shove in your face is short enough to see things that we all don't want to see and should ONLY be worn in the privacy of your own home! For everyones sake. My boyfriend was Teen Wolf, which was very funny BUT the glue for all the fur that they sold us at the store might as well be krazy glue! He had glue stuck to his real beard and face for a few days after...super lame!

Le Parker Meridian Palm Springs

This weekend I had a shoot in Palm Springs, the client put me at the Parker hotel! I have been coming to this hotel for a while now and it is one of my favorites!!! Jonathan Adler did the hotels decor and it is absolutely amazing!! The hotels restaurant Mister Parkers everyone loves, but the vegetarian options didn't sound too mouth watering. So for dinner my mom and I (she tagged along..it's her favorite hotel too) went over to the Ace hotel to get a bite to eat!

This morning I finally got to go the farmers market! It's been a few weeks since I've gone but it was absolutely amazing!!! It was even better today because I have woken up everyday this week around 6:30-7am...so this morning I of course was up early and the market was actually breathable and you were able to walk without having someone short stop in front of you for strawberries or be run over by the mass amounts of strollers!!!
