The JoJo kid

I was turned onto The JoJo kids blog by my boyfriend (he is friends with her mom)

The JoJo kid is one stylish and hip 7 year old girl, she posts her daily outfits for school or whatever play-date she's going to. She's also got some funny commentary that you just imagine this adorable girl saying, she shares her opinions about everything and even some advice (it's not good to wash your jeans). I definitely had no sense of style or a care in world about clothes in general when I was 7!

LCD Soundsystem @ The Hollywood Bowl

Last Friday, my boyfriend and I went to the LCD Soundsystem concert at The Hollywood Bowl!

The show was absolutely incredible! One of the opening acts was Sleigh Bells, who I had never heard of they were so good!!! If you get a chance to see this show I would DEFINITELY go!

P.S.

Before the show, my next door neighbor had a Pre LCD party...lets just say a pizza that could feed all of Los Angeles was invited to the party! I was in PIZZA HEAVEN.

The Jane Hotel...

Last Month when I was in NY, I stupidly didn't book a hotel far enough in advance. The outcome of this was staying at The Jane Hotel, I personally would take away "Hotel" from the name. The room was no bigger than my bathroom at home in LA, but with bunk beds squeezed into it. If you are looking for a Cheap, Tight, Shared restroom kind of a stay I highly recommend it. Otherwise if you like to take at least 5 steps in your room or fully open your suitcase...this place is not for you! Although the cafe downstairs was pretty good and has cute waiters! I say get the 2 eggs and sausage, it comes in a hot skillet with marinara sauce smothered all over it. mmm
